My physical therapy was extremely beneficial. My therapist, Alexa, was fabulous!! Before therapy, my ankle was weak, stiff, and not flexible. Due to the exercises, my ankle is stronger. I can run, hop, jump, and easily walk/jog up and down stairs. I also have better balance and I’m able to walk on a treadmill at 3.8 mph as well as do yoga poses such as plank, warrior, crescent, and similar ones.
